Sales Specialist

We're hiring a full-time, permanent Sales Specialist to join our team at our head office in Langley, BC. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for finding new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, assisting other team members as required, and providing excellent customer service. We're looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who also has computer experience (Word, Excel, Email).

Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the printing industry is an asset

Digital Production Specialist

The CTI team is looking for new staff in our digital production department. We're looking for someone who not only can take ownership of their own work, but also is a team player who can support others and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to fix those intricate last-minute problems. Above all, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the team and make a solid living wage while doing so. Experience with using digital printing equipment is an asset but not required.

We are looking to train someone with the following skills:

Graphics Design / Plate Management Specialist

The CTI team is looking for new staff in our graphics department. We are seeking a team player with a love for digital design and an interest in applying it to the printing of physical products. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills that can be applied to the management of our flexo plate production and storage. Above all, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the team and make a solid living wage while doing so.

Flexo / Press Operator

Required immediately for FULL TIME/PERMANENT position with printing company at our head office located in Langley, BC.

Must be self-motivated, work well on their own and must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Additional flexo & pressroom knowledge an asset.
