Archiving & Documentation Control
Proofs and electronic files are archived and kept on file. Upon request, files can be erased or destroyed via a digital shredding program. All confidential waste is shredded in-house by CTi employees.

Secure Shipping & Chain of Custody
Delivery slips and labels can display as little or as much information as required. Shipping is contracted out to fully-bonded freight companies. For added security, orders can ship in locked steel cages, with keys sent separately by Fed-Ex or UPS.

Our Facility
Our Langley, BC facility is solely owned and occupied by CTi. The building is protected by 24/7 recorded video surveillance, a continuously monitored alarm system, and physical security measures at every ground-level entry point.
Closed Shop Policy
Unauthorized personnel are never permitted in our manufacturing or storage areas. All authorized visitors are escorted at all times while in secure areas.
Production Stays Under Our Roof
Every job is produced from start to finish at our Langley facility. The only outsourced process is printing plate manufacturing, performed by a trusted, security-vetted partner whose facility is alarmed and monitored 24/7. All job materials are returned to CTi for secure storage or disposal.
Confidential Waste
All confidential materials are securely destroyed at our facility by CTi employees using our in-house shredding system. Proofs are archived securely, stored in our safe, or shredded upon request.
Secure Delivery
We ship exclusively with fully bonded carriers. For larger or high-security orders, products can be shipped in locked steel cages, with the keys couriered separately via FedEx or UPS. Shipping labels can display as little or as much information as you require, including only a purchase order number and job reference.
Data Security
Electronic files are securely archived and can be permanently destroyed using digital shredding upon request. Redundant production equipment ensures there is no single point of failure, helping maintain production continuity and on-time delivery.
