Shipping policy

1. Shipping rates & costs

Canada Ticket has preferred discount rates with FedEx which should offer you the best available rate. Shipping rates for the items in your cart are calculated at checkout time. If you have any questions or concerns about displayed rates, please contact us immediately and we will ensure you are offered the best rate possible. 

We do not currently offer international rates via the website, please talk to one of our associates for any US or international shipments.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

At checkout, you can select 2 options for your shipping method and delivery time.
- FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 to 2 business days
- FedEx Ground®:  5 to 7 business days

3. Shipping restrictions

We currently only offer shipping to Canadian destinations via our website.
Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

Please talk to one of our associates for any US or International shipments.

4. Missing or lost packages

All packages shipped via FedEx come with a tracking number. In the event a package is delayed or missing please contact us immediately so that we can trace it and get it delivered without additional delays.

5. International shipping

6. Return and exchange information

In the event that you need to return a product, please contact one of our associates. Returns and exchange are accepted but will be subject to a restocking fee, 30% or $50 whichever is greater. Product must be in good re-sellable condition and all shipping fees are the end-user's responsibility.
